ABOUT US
The non-profit Cultural Dance Association of Kalamata ‘Dance Challenge’ and PolisArt Social Company were founded in 2018 with headquarters in Kalamata, Messinia and specializes in the organization of international and local cultural and sports Gran events throughout the Peloponnese area. It is not about a Dance School but an Association with a Production Company of events and Festivals. It cooperates with all Organisations, Federations, Associations, Schools and artistic schools in Greece and abroad.
The Association is one of the few registered in the Prefecture of Messinia in the Registry of Cultural Organizations of the Ministry of Culture & Sports, as well as in the Registry of Active Cultural Associations of the Peloponnese Region and the Municipality of Kalamata. Many of our events are held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture & Sports, the Ministry of Tourism, the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT), while they are always supported by the Municipality of Kalamata and the Messinia Chamber. We are proud to be official membre of WDO (World Dance Organisation) & WDC (World Dance Council), however our Dance Festivals are recommended and supported from all federeations in Greece & abroad.
With a lot of love and interest for the cultural life of our country, we create high-quality Festivals, cultural & sports events, music and dance art shows, through a network of synergies and collaborations of various cultural entities from Greece and abroad.
The success of our events is based on team spirit and cooperation with all stakeholders, especially those involved in the performing arts. Our expectation is focused on the creation of institutions for the Peloponnese and Messinia through actions of Extroversion, Innovation and New Entrepreneurship.
Since we were founded, we have implemented many cultural initiatives (music, dance, sports, charity, volunteer, etc.) inside and outside Greece with great success… The ‘Dance Challenge’ Association and ‘PolisArt’ Public Benefit Company established in Kalamata, Messenia and are mainly active in the Peloponnese area.

Our aim is the development of extrovert cultural – dance events with the participation of professional and amateurs dancers from Greece and abroad, to offer new innovative data in dance and music for the Peloponnese region. We always collaborate with specialized and renowned performers in all kinds of Art. We are always ready to support you in the implementation of your every idea and to propose any changes to create a pleasant environment for all, offering wonderful and spectacular events, different from usual. In this way, we contribute to tourism development and strength of our local economy.
