The Director of Cultural Organization “Dance Challenge” is Ms Nina Drakou,  member and Judge of W.D.C (World Dance Council), member of International Dance Organization (I.D.O.), International Dance Union (I.D.U.), Conseil International de la Danse – UNESCO (C.I.D.), World Artistic Dance Federation (W.A.D.F.) and actively contributes to the dance research.

Nina Drakou was born in Thessaloniki. She grew up in Athens and studied at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with postgraduate studies. She married in Kalamata where he has been living for the last 12 years and she has got a son.

Her engagement with the dance began 20 years ago. She knows all kinds of dances, Greek, Latin, Ballroom, etc. She focused on the International Latin category with her first coaches Galena Velikova, Ilian Metodiev, Zhivo Yankov, who are now well-known International Dance Judges and Organizers. After many distinctions in category Amateur Latin and championship in the category Open Latin Adult Pro-Am , now her work is to organize Dance & Music Events and to be invited as International Adjudicator WDC in various DanceSport competitions in Greece and abroad. 

In October 2017 she began various dance events in the city of Kalamata where she continues up to today with full of success. Her love for dancing gave birth to the idea of ​​establishing the ‘Dance Challenge’ Association in Kalamata, Peloponnese-Greece with actions aimed at the development and upgrading of the dancing level of this ‘city of dance’, the promotion of dancing items, as well as the special preparation of the athletes dancers for Competitions (in groups, solos, couples). Always with the cooperation of all Dance Schools of Greece and abroad.
